Your health data

Joining the Few Bites email list tells us one thing about your health: that you’re interested in eating on a GLP-1 medicine. Some US state laws (Washington’s My Health My Data Act, for one) treat that as consumer health data. This page says exactly what we collect, why, and how to see or delete it. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

What we collect

  • Your email address, from the form you fill in.
  • Where you signed up: the page, a short code for the pin or link that brought you (for example w01-03), and the form version. Codes only: never your name.
  • What happens with our emails: whether you confirmed, opened or clicked, as recorded by our email service.
  • What you bought from us, once our guides are on sale: a tag such as “bought the Day Cards”, so we stop selling you what you already own.

We never ask about your medication, dose, conditions or weight, and there is nowhere on the site to tell us. If you mention any of it in a reply, we answer with food ideas and delete the health details once we have.

Why

Only to send you the emails you asked for: the starter kit, food emails, short how-tos for anything you buy, and now and then a note about Few Bites’ own paid guides. We use where you signed up to learn which pins and pages are useful, counted in totals.

Who handles it

  • Kit (kit.com) stores the list and sends the emails, once it is connected.
  • Cloudflare serves the website and protects it from abuse.
  • Google holds new sign-ups in a private Google Sheet until Kit is connected (with the page you joined from, campaign tags, your browser’s user agent and the consent wording you saw), and counts site visits with Google Analytics, which never receives your email address.
  • Payhip and PayPal handle checkout if you buy something. Payhip’s own checkout pages run its own analytics.

We never sell your data and never give it to advertisers. There is no advertising pixel on fewbites.com.

Seeing, changing or deleting it

Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer within 45 days, usually much sooner. Every email has an unsubscribe link; reply “no offers” to any email to stop sales emails and keep the rest.

Some records can’t be deleted: what the law makes us keep about a purchase (the receipt and tax record), and the bare fact that an address unsubscribed, which is what stops it being emailed again.

Signing up and then tapping Confirm in our first email is how you agree to this. You can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or by emailing us.
