Using the site

You may read anything here, print it, save it, and use it in your own kitchen. You may link to any page. You may forward an article to a friend or to a group you belong to.

You agree not to:

• republish our articles, meal plans, or lists as your own work, in whole or in substantial part, on any website, in any book, or in any paid product;
• scrape the site in bulk, or use it to train a commercial model, without written permission;
• submit anyone else's email address to our forms;
• attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

What belongs to whom

All content on Few Bites — the writing, the meal plans, the protein figures as we have compiled and presented them, the layout, the logo, and the name Few Bites — belongs to Digital Tycoon and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. That licence does not include reselling it or presenting it as your own.

Underlying nutrition facts are not ours and cannot be owned by anyone. Our compilation and presentation of them is. If you want to quote a passage with attribution and a link, that is fine and you don't need to ask. If you want to do more than that, ask.

This is not medical advice

Few Bites publishes general nutrition information for education. It is not medical advice, it is not personalised to you, and it does not replace your doctor, your prescriber, or a registered dietitian. Nothing here creates a practitioner–patient relationship.

The email list

Joining the list is voluntary and you can leave at any moment using the link in any email. We send articles, guides, and occasionally information about our own products. We do not send other companies' advertising, and we do not pass your address to anyone else. See the Privacy Policy for what we store.

Accuracy, and its limits

We check our figures against published nutrition data and we correct mistakes when we find them or when you tell us. Even so, nutrition data varies between brands, batches, and countries, and content can go out of date. We do not warrant that everything on the site is complete, current, or correct for your particular groceries.

The site is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Tycoon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here, including any health outcome.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free site is normally nothing.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Links to other places

We sometimes link to other sites, studies, products, or retailers. We don't control them and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.

If we ever earn a commission from a link, we will say so plainly on that page.

Changes

We may update the site or these terms. When we change the terms we update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. If a change is significant, we will tell the email list.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
