  3. 3
Shop onceA one-trip grocery list covers the week. Tick the meals on the tracker if you like.

One card, as it prints

A normal day: 97g of protein in about 19 bites. Each meal has its time, its bites and its protein; then the day’s total, and a swap for the day one food is wrong.

Questions

Is this a subscription?

No. $14.99 once, and the files are yours to keep.

I have the free Starter Cards. What’s new?

The Starter Cards are Day Cards #1, #10 and #20, the 48-hour shot-day card, one grocery list and one tracker. The Day Cards are all 28 cards, all 28 at a glance on one page, four one-trip grocery lists and four weekly trackers. Don’t have them yet? The Starter Cards are free.

Do I have to cook?

A little. Most meals are put together from the fridge; some use a pan, a pot or a slow cooker. Each card names the meal, the portion and the protein. It isn’t a recipe book.

What foods do the cards use?

Dairy, eggs, fish and meat, so the cards aren’t vegetarian. Most use whey protein or a ready-made shake; the grocery lists say to pick one you’ve already tasted.

Where do the protein numbers come from?

USDA FoodData Central and standard nutrition labels. Every meal on every card is one already published on fewbites.com, with the same bites and protein. A bite is an ordinary forkful or spoonful; sips of a shake count on the same scale. Brands vary, so treat every number as close, not exact.

How do I pay, and what shows on my statement?

Checkout is run by Payhip, and payment is taken by PayPal; you can pay by card through PayPal. The charge shows as PAYPAL *FEWBITES (some banks shorten it).

Is this medical advice?

No. These are food ideas, not personalised advice. If you already follow an eating plan from a professional, that plan comes first. The Day Cards are new (2026), and no one is claiming results from them.
